Welcome to Momma Jo Magic! Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms below.
1. Product Information
All products are handmade and may vary slightly in color, texture, and finish. These unique variations are part of the charm and character of handcrafted items and are not considered defects.
2. Custom Orders
Custom orders are made to your specifications and are non-refundable. Please review all personalization details and color choices carefully before submitting your order. Once production begins, changes cannot be made.
3. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit/debit cards and digital gift cards issued by Momma Jo Magic.
4. Gift Cards
Gift cards are available in $10, $25, and $50 amounts and are delivered digitally via email.
• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Gift cards are valid for 1 year.
• Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.
5. Shipping & Pickup
At this time, Momma Jo Magic does not offer shipping for certain large or custom items (such as the 6 ft Family Growth Chart).
• Local pickup is required for non-shippable items. Pickup location and details will be provided after purchase.
• Customers are responsible for collecting their items within the agreed timeframe.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade and often customized nature of our products, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if an item arrives damaged due to our error. Please notify us within 3 days of pickup with photos and a description of the issue.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase unless production has already begun. Custom orders cannot be canceled after this period.
8. Liability
Momma Jo Magic is not responsible for improper use of products, wear and tear, or damage caused after delivery or pickup.
9. Intellectual Property
All designs, products, and content are the intellectual property of Momma Jo Magic. Reproduction or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
